Our Qualified Management Team have undergone specialist training, and have been involved in taking the lead in major projects across Scotland, undertaking work for Call Centres, Property Developers, Public Utilities, Private Companies, Councils etc. Each assignment receives a dedicated Client Manager, on call 24 hours a day.
Contact Centre
Our Staff benefit from the 24hour backup of the Contact Centre. Staff on Manned Guarding Assignments log in to the Contact Centre at the start of the shift. According to the individual Risk Assessments, staff will then log in at regular intervals, to ensure not only their own safety, but also giving a clear Audit trail for clients.
Keyholding and Alarm Response
Certain clients choose to utilise RoMac Supervisors to respond to their Alarm Callouts, at the same time as providing "Drive by" security for premises out of hours. Our Service Level Agreement as agreed with the client will dictate our response times and the action to be undertaken on callout. To Date, we have successfully achieved every SLA for each of our clients - thus ensuring repeat business.
